Reflecting Clouds

We went to Maker Faire in San Mateo yesterday, was a lot of fun as always. Although this time it seemed like there were more people then last year. Our kids had most fun, doing all kinds of projects, solving various puzzles, winning prizes and launching rockets.

Couple of weeks ago went we discovered Alabama Hills for the first time. It’s amazing place and certainly warants future trips there. I spend fair amount of time trying to photograph famous Mobious Arch there. Unfortunately we were kind of late in season and snow from the mountains there was almots gone.

Finally I got around to start processing photos I took on our latest short excusrsion to Eastern Sierra. First stop was “Red Rock Canyon” Califiornia state park. We got there late at night and spend next morning and first half of the day exploring around. We hiked a loop around campgroup, then went to Hagen Canyon stopped by turkish turban and then hiked in Red wall area.

On of the trails kids found desert turtle snacking on some plants.
